I’ve been doing asado since my childhood, having learnt from my uncle Alfredo, who would prepare big asados and invite our whole family to his house. In order to learn as much as possible from my uncle, I was always next to him by the grill, taking advantage of every moment so that I can continue his asado legacy.
I want to transmit this passion to the whole world; asado is so much more than beef, it’s a tradition that speaks about Argentine culture.
I have experience working as an asador in a boutique hotel located in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
